The average turnaround time for producing and shipping goods from our facilities is 7 business days. Standard transit and shipment timeframes (12–15 days, depending on the nation and the shipping option selected by the buyer at the checkout page) apply.

Additionally, the size, weight, and quantity of the ordered products affect how much shipping will cost. There will be little shipping fees added to larger items and further purchases. On the checkout page, the total shipping costs are displayed.

You will receive the tracking code along with the shipment email, and you can monitor it online from any location at any time. Deliveries of orders are made to your house. If your order has not arrived despite the tracking code indicating that it has been delivered, you can check your local post office. Please get in touch with us via our customer support email if there is a problem with the size or if the incorrect size was provided to you. We will send you another one of the identical products in the correct size for free after receiving three photographs showing the sizes (i.e., chest, length, and sleeve).
